HUSARCH has served as energy auditors and program implementation since 2018 on major utility rebate programs. Additionally, we have developed cornerstone programming for major institutions across Chicago including Chicago Housing Authority. We have performed ASHRAE energy studies, energy modeling, and various types of property assessments across the midwest and country.
We have worked on ASHRAE Level III audits and regularly perform building benchmarking for utility rebate programs.
As architects, we are regularly conscious of building improvements. Typically we specialize in the sustainability and performance goals of a project to meet 3rd party which includes rebate programs, LEED certification, and other rating systems. As of 2025, we have saved over 8.8 Million kW/hrs on our project designs and management.
