Green Econome is a 2023 & 2024 ENERGY STAR® SPP Partner of the Year and has completed 3,000+ benchmarking reports over the past 12 years in business. Green Econome is also an ENERGY STAR web-service provider with custom integrations with the Portfolio Manager® API. While the majority of our benchmarking disclosure and BPS clients are in CA (AB 802, LA EBEWE, Chula Vista BESO, San Diego BEBO, San Jose BPO). We service large, multi-state portfolios for both ESG and benchmarking disclosure compliance and have become familiar with the reporting requirements for Chicago, Evanston, (and Oak Park). We perform ENERGY STAR data verification services for benchmarking and ESG clients.
Green Econome in-house team does not have direct experience in the Chicagoland area; however, have completed a number of energy efficiency consulting, and retrofit projects across multiple property types. A sampling of our work can be found at https://greeneconome.com/projects/. For out of state work, we employ a network of sub-contractors with in-state PE/electrical/contractors licenses.
