Transduction Technologies, a small engineering firm, provides building science and energy consulting. We have been a Chicago benchmarking provider for 5 years and performed dozens of energy and water benchmarks for the city of Chicago. We have also performed hundreds of commercial and residential (multi-family) energy audits throughout Illinois and the midwest.
We have performed hundreds of ASHRAE Level 1 & II energy audits throughout the midwest and several dozen Level III energy audits. We are a benchmarking provider the cities of Chicago, IL and Denver, CO. We have training and certifications from ASHRAE, AEE, USGBC, Energy Star, PHIUS, RESNET, BPI, and ABAA. We have managed dozens of properties in Portfolio Manager. We provide our clients engineering and facility management consulting services to owners and managers of new and existing facilities. Our expertise helps senior leaders better understand and manage their facilities and organizations, synchronizing capital and life-cycle management
We provider our clients with a list of energy conservation measures (ECM) that they can perform on their facilities for energy and/or water savings, improved occupant comfort and productivity, and improved sustainability. We also provide our clients support in identifying fund sources such as grants, tax incentives, and alternative financing.
