Currently, a few of our clients have become building owners in the Chicago metro area. They have asked us to provide our services for the facilities. We haven't completed any Benchmarking tasks as of yet.
The Cotocon Group is a recognized partner with ENERGY STAR as a Serice and Product Provider (SPP). We've been conducting ENERGY STAR Benchmarking in NYC since 2009 and have completed over 4,500 buildings for NYC Benchmarking compliance. We currently have offices located in NYC, Long Island, and Florida. Currently, we're expanding to 18 additional states across the country.
