We are an ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year - Sustained Excellence in the Service & Product Provider category with 370 certifications across multiple building types for 2018 alone. We have three PE's on staff licensed in multiple states that are listed on the EPA's Most Active Licensed Professionals database. We have conducted ASHRAE Level I and II across our portfolio of clients that includes Office buildings, K-12 Schools, Financial Institutions, Data Centers, Stadiums, Convention Centers, Medical Offices, and Multi-Family buildings.

SIG has a large amount of experience in conducting energy audits and identifying cost saving measures for our clients. One example includes a property where 685,200 kWh (18% of total annual consumption) and 3,285 klbs of steam (25% of total annual consumption) was reduced based on the findings presented by SIG which resulted in an energy savings of $405,229 since implementation and an increase in ENERGY STAR score from 69 to 80. Another example includes findings from SIG that identified 1,110,000 kWh (16% of annual total). The implemented energy savings resulted in $53,200 of reduced costs and an increase in ENERGY STAR score from 82 to 90. This property also raised its LEED certification from Silver to Gold using SIG as their consultant.
