I have done en energy audit to Robert Morris building in Chicago, several implemenation projects (see previous list)
I have been involved in 38 LEED projects. Some improvements are:
Daylight harvesting
Right selection of HVAC equipment system, suggestion of efficiency.
Implementation of energy saving controls (schedules, setbacks, setpoints)
Implementation of demand controlled ventilation in office and parking garages
Use of frequency drives in motors.
Selection of adequate materials of the building envelope (fenestration, walls and roof).
Average, I estimate 25% energy savings compared to ASHRAE 90.1 2007.
