Energy Star ratings of commercial high rise buildings, cogeneration studies for commercial buildings, higher educational facilities, and industrial facilities.
We have performed Energy Star ratings and have obtained Energy Star certifications for a number of commercial high-rise buildings. We have used the training materials provided by the U.S. EPA web site on using the Energy Star Portfolio Manager and on obtaining Energy Star certifications.
We have only provided Energy Star ratings, obtained Energy Star certifications for commercial high-rises, and made recommendations for energy efficiency improvements. The property management firms procured their own contractors to provide any building improvements.
