We have been providing Chicago and Evanston municipal benchmarking services for nearly 10 years which is most or all of the ordinance's existence. We also have extensive experience in offering investment grade energy audits, facility analysis, energy modeling, and project cost estimating services for large clients throughout the Chicagoland area and Midwest across all facility types.
Extensive experience with energy benchmarking and all ASHRAE levels of energy audits including Investment Grade Audits; intimately familiar with utilizing EnergyStar Portfolio Manager. We have been providing Chicago and Evanston benchmarking services for much of the ordinance's existence and are well versed in both municipality's requirements since we focus solely on these municipalities for regulated benchmarking services. Our staff is trained in utilizing best-practices to conduct energy audits and conduct rigorous energy models tailored to the needs of each audit level.
Sheehan engineering's staff has been providing energy and facility performance engineering services for clients nationwide for 15 years, 10 of which has been heavily focused on Chicagoland and the Midwest regions. Our staff are experts in the design, procurement, construction administration, and quality assurance/commissioning phases of implementing building improvements.
