We have provided energy engineering services to clients in the commercial and institutional building sector in the Chicago metro area for 40 years, including energy benchmarking, energy audits and retro-commissioning.
The company has received 19 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Awards as a Service Provider for our work assisting clients in using Portfolio Manager as a foundation for strategic energy planning. We have performed all levels of energy audits for 40 years. A Principal of the company served on the ASHRAE committee that wrote the Standard for Commercial Building Energy Audits published in 2018.
We are a consulting firm. We do not sell products, nor do we provide contracting services for project implementation. Our engineering consulting provides the basis for clients to make decisions regarding prodcut purchases and project implementation to achieve energy savings.
