Our dedicated team has conducted over 150 third-party verifications in Washington, D.C including GFA verifications both reviewing plans and creating plans for buildings that could not provide any. These services have allowed us a great deal of experience and knowledge with Energy Star Portfolio Manager. Our team has attended educational webinars in regards to Portfolio Manager as well to continue to build upon our knowledge and familiarity of the program. We've conducted multiple ASHRAE Level I and Level II audits, working with clients directly as well as through utility rebate programs.

As the premier and leading provider of Reserve Study Reports in the country, we have conducted thousands of Reserve Studies in Chicao and the greater metro area. This includes but is not limited to providing both preventative maintenance strategies and building improvements to the building. As mentioned in a previous response, although these recommendations did not pertain to energy services specifically, our team has a great understanding of building infrastructure and therefore energy needs. This is the main reason we are looking to expand our offerings to energy services in the Chicago Metro area now that we have conducted energy services in other markets.
