In the Chicago metro area, Partner has delivered energy services via the Chicago ENERGY STAR Energy Benchmarking ordinance, the ComEd Retro-Commissioning program, and ASHRAE energy audits for Fannie/Freddie agency lenders.
Partner’s professional services staff includes licensed Illinois Professional Engineers (PE), Illinois Registered Architects (RA), and LEED AP BD+C accreditation. We have delivered Level I and II energy audits for a large healthcare real estate portfolio and are implementing energy saving solutions. Partner conducts Level I/II assessments to evaluate potential energy and water conservation measures nationwide for Freddie Mac Multifamily Green Advantage and Fannie Mae High Performance Building Assessment. Partner has also been trained with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and assists with the Chicago Energy Benchmarking ordinance and can perform full-service data verification services.
