AUS has been involved with benchmarking since the inception of the ordinance with a specialty in multi-family housing - benchmarking nearly a third of all multi-family in Chicago. This experience in dealing with the utilities and intricacies of multi-tenant buildings ensures data is entered and submitted accurately.
AUS works with buildings to increase efficiency at buildings to improve overall score. We also work with buildings to achieve Energy Star Certification for those that qualify
