Our firm has 7+ years of energy audits, inspections, and energy modeling for single family and multi-family new construction projects including Energy Star Portfolio and DCEO applications. Currently we have over 1200 multi-family units either certified or in the process thereof. Specific multi-family projects with number of units can be provided upon request as well as for single family projects.
Our experience is limited to single family, multi-family low-rise, and multi-family high-rise as outlined in the previous response.
Our work primarily encompasses the assessment and verification of new construction as providing design/engineering services or products constitutes a conflict of interest for many of the certification programs we support. However, we can and do provide educational sessions prior to project commencement regarding the project's certification or specific construction techniques that enhance energy performance.
