We run the operations of dozes of Energy Star certified and certifiable buildings in the greater Chicago area. The head of our Energy & Sustainability Services team works out of the AON building as does our central regional team of energy and sustainability professionals. Virtually every one of our corporate clients who we run energy conservation programs for have sites in Chicago.
We have been an Energy Star Partner of the Year for several years running. We have a dedicated audit team filled with AEE certified energy auditors. We conduct over 50 ASHRAE level audits annually.
Our energy services have saved our clients over $750M in energy savings to date. We run the energy management programs for over 30 large corporations with real estate portfolios spread coast to coast and around the globe.
