Elaton has performed energy consulting services for numerous properties throughout Illinois.
Since 2001, we have sourced electricity and natural gas purchases worth more than $120 million through RFPs and negotiations with alternative retail energy suppliers.
Elaton has coordinated utility interconnection for over 3 million square feet of new healthcare construction, including New Prentice Women’s Hospital and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
Currently we benchmark more than 50 buildings and nearly 10 million square feet in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager using automated web services under its service mark, E-NRG Pro.
Elaton has a long history of providing benchmarking services for commercial buildings throughout Illinois. We conduct ASHRAE Level I and II audits on regular basis that helps our licensed professionals to do thorough data verification faster and more efficiently.
Since 2014, Elaton benchmarked and submitted numerous properties for Chicago Energy Benchmarking Ordinance and now working with Evanston properties for Evanston Energy Benchmarking Ordinance.
Out dedicated team is fluent in using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and constantly going through new trainings to stay up-to-date on Portfolio Manager enhancements.
Elaton is a proud ENERGY STAR partner as well as one of the most active Portfolio Manager service providers nationwide.
For the past 15 years, Elaton has been providing consulting services that included numerous energy efficiency projects. With Elaton guidance and support, our clients successfully participated and completed ASHE’s Energy to Care Challenge, Strategic Energy Management Program (CLEAResult), and Healthier Hospitals Leaner Energy Challenge. Our team members are working on regular basis with facilities engineers and helping them to find potential energy reductions through Smart Ideas and Retro-commissioning. In addition to that, we perform quarterly evaluations of energy efficiency measures and programs through our own software system as well as ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
