I am a mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience in investment-grade energy auditing and energy modeling, Chicago ordinance benchmarking and verification through Portfolio Manager, and mechanical commissioning services on both small and very large projects. I hold a CEM and PE credential.
I've provided energy auditing and retro commissioning services from large high-profile federal clients nationwide, to small commercial and private buildout projects with realized energy baseline reductions anywhere from 10%-50%.
